The Hana Human Rights Organization has learned that in the early hours of Tuesday, December 2, 2025, the death sentences of two Kurdish prisoners, Shamal Mohammad Rashid and Ardalan Hossein Ali, originally from the Kurdistan Region of Iraq and residing in Isfahan, were carried out in Isfahan Central Prison.
According to Hana’s sources, Ardalan Hossein Ali and Shamal Mohammad Rashid were arrested three years ago on charges related to “drug-related crimes” by security forces and were subsequently sentenced to death by the judiciary of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
