According to reports received by the Hana Human Rights Organization, on Sunday, May 26, 2024, a young citizen identified as “Ajwan Kiani,” son of Ahmad and a resident of the village of “Balak” in the Marivan district, was killed by gunfire from the military forces of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
The report states that this Kurdish citizen's car was targeted by military forces on the "Garan" road between Marivan and the Komasi area without prior warning, on the suspicion of carrying contraband goods.
It is important to note that Ajwan Kiani's body has been transferred to medical centers and has not yet been handed over to his family.
