Hana: On Monday, July 31, 2023, Ali Gul Mohammadi from Bukan, who was sentenced to 32 months in prison by the judiciary of the Islamic Republic, was arrested and transferred to Bukan prison to serve his sentence.
According to reports received; In May of this year, Ali Golmohammadi was sentenced to 32 months in prison by Branch 101 of the Bukan Criminal Court on the charges of "membership in one of the Kurdistan opposition parties of the Iranian government, participating in protests, distributing tracts and announcements."
It should be noted that on Sunday January 15, 2023, he was arrested by the security forces and then on February 16, 2023, he was temporarily released from Bukan prison after posting a bail of 300 million tomans.
