According to information received by the Hana Human Rights Organization, on Wednesday, October 21, 2026, Mobin Mahigir, a resident of Sarableh in illam Province, was arrested by IRGC Intelligence forces and transferred to an undisclosed location.
According to the information received, Mr. Mahigir’s arrest involved the use of violence and was carried out without the presentation of a judicial warrant.
Despite five days having passed since his arrest, no information is available regarding the reasons for his arrest or the charges brought against him. He continues to be denied access to a lawyer, family visits, and contact with his family.
