Hana spokesman attends a conference on human rights violations in Iran

A spokesman for Hana Human Rights Organization attended an online conference on human rights abuses in Iran and Swedish politics on Thursday (April 15, 2021).

The conference  consisted of several parts, in which Amnesty International's Maya O'Brien, Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Anika Bin Daud on behalf of the Social Democrats, Democracy and the rule of law, Kamila Hansen of the Green Party, and Hokan Seinen Ling, policy spokesman Outside the Swedish Left Party, as well as the Member of Parliament of this party and several others in various sections spoke.

Despite the fact that human rights violations by Iran and the policies of the parties and the Swedish government were discussed at the conference, the participants also emphasized the role and how to deal with this issue by Sweden and other EU countries.

Pishko Khosravi, spokesman for the Hana Human Rights Organization, addressed the conference with questions and questions raised by the Iranian government in connection with the apparent human rights abuses by the Iranian government in Kurdistan, and was answered by a representative of Amnesty International.

In response to Hana's spokesman, Amnesty International noted that they were well aware that the people of Kurdistan, Baluchistan and other minorities were being subjected to more pressure from the government and more human rights abuses.
