According to the reports received by Hana Human Rights Organization: On Monday, June 19, 2023, two Kolbers were shot by border regiment forces while they were carrying goods in the border areas of Baneh “Hengjal” and were seriously injured.
Hana's colleagues identified one of these Kolbers as "Idris Amini", a 30-year-old father of two from Marivan.
An informed source in a conversation with Hana added; Idris Amini was seriously wounded by direct fire from the forces of the border regiment from eyes area and was taken to Salahuddin Ayubi hospital in Baneh for medical treatment, but due to the severity of his injuries, he was taken to a hospital in Tehran and underwent surgery.
It should be noted that the other Kolber was injured in the leg area and his identity has not been verified for the Hana Rights Organization.
Kolberi is a phenomenon resulting from the poverty and unemployment of the people of Kurdistan, Kolberi is not the only job, but one of the examples of modern slavery.
