According to reports received by the Hana Human Rights Organization, at dawn on Monday, October 27, 2025, the death sentence of a prisoner identified as Hamid Babaei, a native of Sahneh in Kermanshah Province, was carried out in Sanandaj Central Prison.
According to Hana’s sources, this prisoner was arrested in 2020 on charges of “premeditated murder” and was later sentenced to death by the judicial system of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
