Hana / Siavash Bamdad, a civil activist from the village of Ney Marivan, who was arrested a few days ago, was transferred to Sanandaj Prison.
According to the report received, the court has requested 350 million bail for the temporary release of "Siavash Bamdad" from the mentioned family.
The prisoner was arrested on charges of participating in the Nowruz celebrations and had previously been arrested on charges of membership in the Kurdistan Komala Party of Iran, and has now been held hostage by another 350 million in a previous court ruling. Also, the mentioned family is facing difficulties in preparing this document.
It should be noted; Membership in political parties and participation in Nowruz ceremonies are among the most basic human rights.
