Hana: A Kurdish citizen was arrested by security forces on Tuesday June, 14, 2022
The identity of this citizen "Diar Abbasi" from the village of "Borjou" was mentioned as one of the functions of the Khalifan of "Mahabad" city.
According to reports, security forces raided Diar Abbasi's private home without issuing a court order to arrest him, and after searching his home, arrested the Kurdish citizen in Mahabad's Esteghlal Square.
He had also been summoned and interrogated by the Mahabad Information Office over the past few days.
It should be noted that Diar Abbasi was previously a member of the Kurdistan Democratic Party of Iran, which returned to Iran after secession.
