Hana: On Saturday July 2, 2022, a man from Dere Shahr, located in Ilam province, after killing his wife and sister, injured his mother in-law and then committed suicide.
Hana Human Rights Organization sources reported that in today's incident, "Mahdeseh Malekian" 30-year-old the assailant's wife and Kimia Malekian, the sister of "Mahdesh", were killed by the assailant.
