Haymen Mam Qadri, a Kurdish political prisoner who was injured by the security agencies while being detained, is in a serious physical condition.
According to a report received from colleagues of Hana Human Rights Organization; Haymen Mam Qadri, a former political prisoner from Bukan, whose arrest we published earlier, was shot in two parts of his body during his arrest and is now in a very serious condition.
According to an informed source; On Thursday night, February 21, 2022, "Hyman Mam Qadri" along with his uncle "Yosef Mam Qadri" were chased by the intelligence forces on the route (Bukan-Saqez), after which they hit the curb on the road, after getting out of the car, Haymen Mam Qadri was shot in the thigh and ankle area, then he was arrested along with Yusuf Mam Qadri.
After the arrest, "Haymen Mam Qadri" was transferred to the detention center of the security institutions and then transferred to the central prison of "Urumieh". "Youssef Mam Qadri" is also not known about his fate after being transferred to the detention center of the intelligence agency in "Bukan".
It should be mentioned that there is no information about the reason for the pursuit of these citizens, but their car was not carrying any contraband, but in the interrogation sessions, they accused him of collaborating with the Kurdistan Democratic Party of Iran.
According to the reports received by Hana's colleagues, the security forces have arrested this citizen without any judicial warrant.
It is necessary to remember that on April 11, 2020, after serving three years of his five-year sentence, he was pardoned and released from Bukan prison.
Haymen Mam Qadir was arrested by the security forces at the end of the spring of 2017, and in November of the same year, by the first branch of the Saqqez Revolutionary Court, he was sentenced to 5 years in prison on charges of cooperation with the Kurdistan Democratic Party of Iran, and was transferred to the Saqqez prison. He was transferred from Saqez prison to Bukan prison in Decamber 2019.
