Hana: On Tuesday, January 25, 2022, a citizen was transferred to Bukan County Jail to serve his sentence.
The identity of this citizen "Chia Aghabigpour", the son of "Ahmad" from the village of "Rahim Khan" in "Bukan"district was mentioned. Reports indicate that the citizen was arrested by security forces on July 29, 2021, without a judicial warrant, and released on bail from a security detainee in Orumieh on Monday, September 6, 2021. According to this report, Chia Aghabeigpour was sentenced to one year and two months imprisonment, 70 lashes, and a fine of 30 million tomans for "propaganda against the regime in favor of one of the Kurdish opposition parties of the Iranian government."
