According to reports received by the Hana Human Rights Organization, at dawn on Sunday, September 7, 2025, the death sentence of a prisoner identified as Azad Moradi, son of Karim and Maeboob, from Baneh, was carried out in Sanandaj Central Prison.
Azad Moradi was a resident of Qoliava village in the Baneh region.
According to Hana’s sources, he had previously been arrested on charges of “premeditated murder” and subsequently sentenced to death by the judiciary of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
