Mr. Hemn Mostafaie a political prisoner sentenced to be executed has been transferred to solitary confinement.
Mr. Hemn in 2012 was accused to be a member of an opposition party against the Islamic Republic and participating in killing a retired member of the Iranian revolutionary guard and was sentenced to death.
Kurdish political prisoner Mr.Hemn Mostafaie was born in 1989 in the County of Mariwan and lived in the city of Kani Dinar.
Mr. Hemn was arrested along with three other people Hiwa Dad Efrain, Khalil Shirzadi, and Bayan Kakaei were also accused and forced to confess to participating in the killing of Ebrahim Ahmadi.
A close source to the family of Mr. Hemn Mostafaei reported to the Iranian Human Rights in Kurdistan, Hemn has confessed to the accusations under torture and forced by the Iranian secret services and Press tv delivered a broadcast on his confessions.
