Nasrin Ghaderi, a 38-year-old woman from Mariwan, residing in Tehran and a graduate with a bachelor’s degree in philosophy from Allameh Tabataba’i University, was identified on November 4, 2022 (13 Aban 1401) during the nationwide protests over the state killing of Jina (Mahsa) Amini. She was killed in Tehran as a result of baton blows inflicted by the repressive forces of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
It is worth noting that during Nasrin Ghaderi’s arrest, security forces raided her home and brutally beat her with batons, causing her to lose consciousness due to the severity of her injuries. She was subsequently transferred to a hospital in Tehran, where she succumbed to her injuries and lost her life.
