Esmail (Semko) Mouloudi, a 35-year-old man from Mahabad County, was shot and killed by the suppressive forces of the Islamic Republic of Iran on the evening of October 26, 2022, during the nationwide protests over the state killing of Zhina (Mahsa) Amini in Mahabad. He was targeted with live “Ghanaseh”(draganov sniper bullets).
Esmail (Semko) Mouloudi was among the first victims of the Woman, Life, Freedom movement in Mahabad County.
