Ebrahim Sharifi-Far, a 29-year-old from Bukan County, was severely injured in the chest by direct gunfire from the repressive forces of the Islamic Republic of Iran on November 16, 2022, during the nationwide protests over the state murder of Zhina Amini in Bukan. After being hospitalized for 13 days, he succumbed to his injuries on November 29, 2022, at Seyed al-Shohada Hospital in Orumiyeh.
