Alireza Kakamahmadi, a 21-year-old young man from Harsin County in Kermanshah Province and a resident of Karaj, was shot and killed by direct fire from the repressive forces of the Islamic Republic of Iran on November 3, 2022, during the nationwide protests over the state killing of Zhina (Mahsa) Amini in Karaj.
It is worth noting that government forces brutally beat Alireza even while he was severely injured.
