HANA: Khalil Parandak, Shahab Soleimani, and Edris Golmohammadi, three civil and environmental activists from Ravansar, were arrested without a judicial warrant on Friday, July 17, 2026.
The three were detained by IRGC Intelligence Organization forces and taken to an undisclosed location, according to published reports. Shahab Soleimani is a lawyer, and Khalil Parandak is a well-known environmental activist connected to Kurdistan’s justice-seeking families.
At the time of this report, nothing is known about where they are being held, their legal status, or any charges that may be brought against them.
