According to reports received by the Hana Human Rights Organization, on Thursday, January 8, 2026, a Kurdish citizen identified as Hassan Fallah, originally from the village of Kahreh Pol-e Simreh, located in Towhid City, Ilam Province, lost his life in the city of Karaj as a result of direct gunfire by the repressive forces of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
