Hana Human Rights Organization has learned that a Kurdish citizen identified as Seyed Abdollah Ne’mati, 46 years old, married, and from Sanandaj County, has been summoned to the Sanandaj Criminal Court through an electronic notice.
The summons cites “proceedings” as the reason for his appearance and states that if he fails to attend, “an arrest warrant will be issued within 24 hours.”
It should be noted that in recent months, Seyed Abdollah Ne’mati has been summoned and detained multiple times by security and judicial authorities.
