Two detained citizens, Loqman Salehizadeh and Ali Hosseini, both from Divaznaw village in Sarvabad County, who had been arrested on Sunday, November 9, 2025 after being summoned to the Sarvabad Intelligence Office, have been transferred from the Marivan Intelligence Detention Center to the quarantine ward of Marivan Prison following the completion of their interrogations.
Furthermore, more than 15 days after the arbitrary arrest of two other citizens, Yaser Advaei and Soban Advaei, from the Selin village in Sarvabad County—who were detained on November 13, 2025 after being summoned to the local Intelligence Office—no information has been made available regarding their fate or whereabouts.
It should be noted that Yaser Advaei had previously been arrested by Ministry of Intelligence forces in June 2020. He was released after 45 days on bail, and later that year was sentenced by the Islamic Republic’s judiciary to five years in prison on charges of “acting against national security” through alleged cooperation with PJAK. His sentence was reduced to three years on appeal. He was transferred to Marivan Prison in February 2021 to serve his sentence and was released after completing his prison term.
