According to reports received by the Hana Human Rights Organization, more than 20 days have passed since the arbitrary detention of Pouya Habibi, an environmental activist and member of the Kurdistan Green Association from Sanandaj, yet no information regarding his condition or whereabouts is available. This has caused serious concern for his family and close associates.
According to Hana sources, Mr. Habibi was arrested on November 3, 2025, without any judicial documents, at his workplace by security forces, and was subsequently transferred to an unknown location.
It should be noted that, as of the publication of this report, no information is available regarding the reasons for his arrest or the charges brought against this environmental activist.
