Tahsin Miri, a 45-year-old resident of Sorkhban village in Javanrud county, was killed on 21 November 2022 during the nationwide protests against the government’s killing of Zhina (Mahsa) Amini. He was shot in the head with live ammunition fired directly by a sniper from Iranian security forces in Behdari Street in Javanrud.
Tahsin Miri was a kolbar, married, and the father of five children.
