Hana has learned that on Monday, October 27, 2025, an elementary school student identified as Arvin Partouyan was severely beaten by the deputy head at Dr. Bahonar Elementary School in the city of Bukan.
According to a reliable source, following the incident, the student was transferred to Shahid Gholipour Hospital in Bukan and admitted to the intensive care unit (ICU) due to the severity of his injuries.
Arvin Partouyan’s family, expressing deep concern over their child’s condition, have called for a thorough judicial investigation and legal action against the perpetrator.
