According to reports received by the Hana Human Rights Organization:
On Monday, May 26, 2025, four civil activists from the city of Saqqez were arrested by the Intelligence Organization of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC).
According to the report, the identities of the detainees have been confirmed as Hiwa Ahmadi, Mohammad Zabihi, Soran Soltani, and Rahim Ghodrati.
It is noteworthy that around 5 a.m., IRGC intelligence agents raided the homes of these activists without presenting a judicial warrant. They reportedly entered the homes by climbing over walls and rooftops, conducted extensive searches, behaved disrespectfully, and arrested the individuals, transferring them to an undisclosed location.
As of the time of this report, the reasons for the abductions and the charges brought against these individuals remain unknown to the Hana Human Rights Organization.
