According to reports received by Hana Human Rights Organization, at dawn today, Wednesday, April 30, 2025, the death sentences of two prisoners were carried out in Qezel Hesar Prison in Karaj.
According to Hana’s sources, Asghar Vatanparast was arrested seven years ago on charges related to “drug offenses,” and Hamid Fazeli was arrested four years ago on charges of “murder.” Both had been sentenced to death by the judiciary of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
