Hana: On Wednesday, January 22, 2025, a 38-year-old citizen identified as “Amjad Salehzadeh,” a resident of Saqqez, was arrested by security forces.
Hana has learned that Mr. Salehzadeh was detained with violence in his mobile phone shop without any judicial documentation and transferred to an undisclosed location.
It is worth mentioning that he had previously been sentenced by the First Investigation Branch of the Public and Revolutionary Prosecutor’s Office in Saqqez, presided over by Judge “Javad Mostafaei,” to a fine and three months of suspended imprisonment on charges of “propaganda against the regime.”
On March 17, 2023, Amjad Salehzadeh was summoned to the Saqqez Intelligence Office and, after a day of interrogation, was released on bail.
