According to Hana’s colleagues: On Sunday, September 10, 2023, two Bukan marketers, 65-year-old Qadir Fethullahi and 45-year-old Omid Toti, were kidnapped by the security forces.
The colleagues of Hana organization announced that the arrest of these marketers was done arbitrarily and for unknown reasons.
