Hana: In recent days, Saivan Ebrahimi, a Kurdish language teacher and a member of the board of directors of the Socio-cultural Association (Nojin), was sentenced to one year of imprisonment, exiled to Dizilabad prison, Kermanshah, and 40 lashes on the charge of “disturbing public order” by the 106th branch of Sanandaj Criminal District.
The sentence issued on Tuesday "August 22, 2023" has been communicated to this Kurdish citizen.
Also, the hearing of Saivan Ebrahimi's charges for another case with the charge of "propaganda against the regime" will be held on August 28, 2023 in the first branch of the Sanandaj Revolutionary Court.
It should be noted that on Tuesday, January 3, 2023, he referred to the Sanandaj court to learn about the case of his wife, Zara Mohammadi, he was arrested by the government forces, and then released on bail on February 14, 2023.
Saivan Ebrahimi is 29 years old and he is from Kamiyaran.
