Based on this report; Mr. Esmaili by the 1st Branch of the Revolution Court of Saqez city, presided over by Judge "Mustafaei" on the charge of "propaganda against the regime at the funeral ceremony of Zina Amini" to 7 months and 15 days of imprisonment and on the charge of "membership in one of the opposition Kurdish parties of the Iranian government" he was sentenced to 31 month and 15 days of imprisonment.
It is necessary to remember that on Wednesday, February 8, 2023, he was arrested by the government forces without a court order and transferred to one of the security detention centers in Sanandaj for questioning, and then on Monday, April 17, 2023, with a heavy bail of one billion Tomans. He was temporarily released from Saqqez prison until the end of the proceedings
