Based on the reports received; On Monday, August 14, 2023, two Kurdish citizens were arrested by government forces in Piranshahr.
Hana's colleagues identified these two citizens as "Loqman Sokhanver", the son of Khizr, and "Hoshiar Qadri", 17-year-old son of Hasil, from the village of "Shin Abad" in Piranshahr.
An informed source in a conversation with Hana human rights organization added; The government forces impounded Loqman Sokhanver's personal car in Piranshahr market without a court order and arrested him.
Also, this source added in the continuation of the conversation; that these forces raided the family home of 17-year-old Hoshiar Qadri in the village of "Shin Abad" and arrested him without a court order.
It should be noted that until now there is no information available about the reason for the arrest and the whereabouts of these two citizens.
