“Khabat Fadaei” was sentenced to six years imprisenment

Hana: Khabat Fadaei, a Kurdish artist from the village of “Boydar” in Sarovabad and a resident of Tehran, was sentenced to six years in prison.

Based on the reports received; Khabat Fadaei was sentenced by the first branch of Varamin Revolution Court, by judge "Ashkan Ramesh" on the charges of "propaganda against the regime to one year in prison and on the charge of being a member of a group and crowd with the aim of disrupting the country's security to five years in prison." .

It should be mentioned that this Kurdish artist was arrested by the security forces on September 24, 2022. During the detention period, he was deprived of any human rights and only had a few phone calls with his family.
Also, the Kurdish artist's mobile phone and personal car were seized by the security forces and his and his wife's bank account numbers were also blocked.
Khabat Fadaei was temporarily released from Evin prison on Monday, November 14, 2022, after posting bail.
