According to the reports received by Hana Human Rights Organization; This Wednesday evening, January 4, 2023, at least seven prisoners sentenced to death were transferred to solitary confinement to execute the death sentence.
It should be remembered that these seven prisoners were arrested 6 years ago and sentenced to death by the judicial system of the Islamic Republic of Iran on charges related to “narcotics”.
As of the moment of publication of this news, the identity of one of these prisoners, "Rostam Abbaszadeh", the son of Majid from the village of "Qazalkand" in Selmas County, has been verified by Hana Human Rights Organization.
It is worth mentioning that due to the long journey, some families have not managed to meet their children for the last time, and the officers of Qazalhasar prison have prevented this meeting.
