According to the information received by Hana Human Rights Organization: Sanandaj Revolutionary Court to the family of “Payman Manbari” martyr who died on Saturday “October 8, 2022” during the popular resistance in Sanandaj due to the firing of repressive forces of the Islamic Republic. They have pressured them to come to the court and complain and sue the Kurdistan parties.
This source added that the Revolutionary Court has put pressure on Manbari's family every day through phone calls and sending letters to the front door of the house, but so far this family has not been willing to accept this request of the security institutions through the Revolutionary Court.
