According to information received by Hana Human Rights Organization, on Tuesday, November 3, 2026, three citizens identified as Mamostā Malahasan Mahmoudi, the imam of the mosque in Kani Tomar village in Bukan County; Fattah Hajizadeh, originally from Gavmish Goli village and a resident of Bukan; and Navid Mostafazadeh, from Dashband village, were arrested by security forces and transferred to an undisclosed location.
According to the information received, the arrests were carried out during raids by security forces on the citizens’ homes and without the presentation of any judicial warrants.
As of the time of publication, no information was available regarding the reasons for the arrests or the charges brought against the three citizens.
