The Hana Human Rights Organization has learned that on Saturday, October 24, 2026, Gonesh Fateh, a resident of Orumiyeh originally from Naqadeh, was temporarily released from Orumiyeh Prison after several weeks in detention, upon posting bail of six billion tomans. Her release is pending the completion of judicial proceedings.
Fateh was arrested in early October 2026 after Intelligence Department forces raided her home and transferred her to a detention facility operated by the agency.
