According to reports received by the Hana Human Rights Organization, on Friday, 30, January, 2026, two citizens named “Azad Rasouli-Fard” and “Rahim Shilani,” from Bukan County, were arrested by security forces and transferred to an unknown location.
According to the information received, the arrest of these citizens was carried out by security forces without the presentation of any judicial warrant.
It should be noted that, as of the time of publishing this report, no information is available regarding the reasons for the arrest or the charges brought against these two Kurdish citizens.
