Hana: On Monday, November 14, 2022, a citizen was transferred to Naqadeh prison to serve his sentence.
Hana's counterparts identified this citizen as "Frayad Shilan" from Piranshahr. According to reports received; On Saturday, 29 January 2022, he was arrested by the security guards without judicial order and was sentenced to six months in prison by the Revolutionary Court of Piranshahr on the charge of cooperating with one of the Kurdistan opposition parties of the Iranian government. Also, this citizen was temporarily released from Naqadeh prison on Wednesday " March 16, 2022" by depositing bail until the end of the proceedings. It should be noted that Faryad Shilan was deprived of any human rights during his detention.
