According to reports received by the Hana Human Rights Organization, Hossein Jafari, a 19-year-old citizen and national judo champion from Bojnord County in North Khorasan Province, has been held in detention by security agencies for over a month and remains in Bojnord Prison in a state of uncertainty.
An informed source stated that Mr. Jafari’s arrest was carried out by security forces without presenting any judicial warrant.
It should be noted that, as of the time of this report, no information is available regarding the reasons for his arrest or any charges brought against this Kurdish citizen.
