Marivan: Release of a political prisoner after end of his sentence

Hana: A citizen from the village of Ney in Marivan city, who had previously been arrested on political charges, was released after serving his sentence.

The identity of this Kurdish citizen has been described as "Khairat Parvazeh", 30 years old, Rahman's son
He was released from prison after serving six months in prison.
On June, 2020, he was arrested after referring to IRGC intelligence in Marivan city following a previous summons and was temporarily released on bail in late July of that year.
Parvaz was sentenced to six months in prison by the Revolutionary Court in Marivan on charges of collaborating with a Kurdish political party.
In spite of  that Kurdish parties in Kurdistan of Iran have not been allowed to act freely in Iran from the beginning of the revolution in 1978,  many Kurdish citizens were sentenced to imprisonment, tortured, executions, etc. by The courts of Iran every year on charges of collaborating and membership in these parties.
Allowing free political activity and membership in political parties is one of the most basic rights of individuals in a society that is easily violated by law in Iran.
