Hana Human Rights Organization has been informed that on Thursday, 15 January 2026, Fouad Enayati, a Kurdish citizen from Sanandaj County, was arrested by security forces of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
According to received information, he was arrested without a judicial warrant and transferred to an undisclosed location. Fouad Enayati has also been previously detained.
It should be noted that, as of the publication of this report, no information is available regarding the reasons for his arrest or the charges against this Kurdish citizen.
