According to information received by the Hana Human Rights Organization, on Thursday, January 8, 2026, a Kurdish citizen identified as Farhad Nazari Govarajouei, from Kermanshah Province, lost his life after being shot with live ammunition by repressive forces of the Islamic Republic of Iran during popular protests in the Moalem Township area of Kermanshah.
