According to reports received by the Hana Human Rights Organization, on Sunday, January 5, 2025, a construction worker identified as Noor-e din Jesarat, son of Mohammad and a resident of the village of Barasbi in Salmas County, lost his life due to gas poisoning in Zanjan.
Reports indicate that he had traveled to Zanjan with his family for work and was employed on one of the National Housing projects in Golshahr, Zanjan. He used a portable stove for heating in his resting area, which led to the release of carbon monoxide gas and ultimately caused his death.
