According to the reports received by Hana Human Rights Organization; On Wednesday, March 8, 2023, a prisoner with the identity of “Farhad Naghizadeh” died due to lack of medical attention and failure to transfer him to medical centers on time.
When this prisoner had a heart attack, due to the non-responsiveness of "Amir Javan", the judge overseeing the prison, and "Dariush Bakshi", the head of the prison, his transfer to the hospital was postponed, and according to the doctors, he died.
Farhad Naghizadeh, 47 years old, the son of Ibrahim, had three children, and was from the village of Barajoq, Urmia, was arrested five years ago and sentenced to 15 years in prison by the judicial system of the Islamic Republic of Iran on charges of drug-related crimes.
