The Hana Human Rights Organization has learned that more than 10 days have passed since the arrest of Farouq Nadimi, a Kurdish citizen from Kamyaran, yet he remains in a state of uncertainty and enforced disappearance.
According to received reports, Mr. Nadimi was arrested on 5 February 2026 without the presentation of any judicial warrant by security forces and was transferred to an undisclosed location.
It is worth noting that since the time of his arrest, no information has been made available regarding his place of detention, health condition, or the charges brought against him. His family has also been denied the right to visitation or any form of contact with him.
