According to received reports, these four prisoners had previously been arrested in connection with another case during the “Woman, Life, Freedom” movement and were each sentenced by Branch 1 of the Ilam Revolutionary Court to 12 years of Ta’zir imprisonment and exile to the prisons of Kerman, Zahedan, and Mashhad on charges of “enmity against God (Moharebeh)” and “assembly and collusion against national security.”
These individuals were arrested between June and August 2023, and later, in April 2025, three of them — Naser Rezaei, Vahid Chavaran, and Mohammad-Hossein Haseli — were transferred respectively to the prisons of Kerman, Zahedan, and Mashhad.
