According to reports received by Hana Human Rights Organization, : On sunday evening December 24, 2023, a Kolber from Javanrood with identity “Mokhtar Sheri” was shot and wounded by military forces stationed at the border of Nosud.
The wounded Kolber has been transferred to medical centers for medical treatment and his physical condition has been reported stable.
