According to reports received by the Hana Human Rights Organization, on Thursday, March 20, 2025, a Kolbar identified as Sina Rostampour, son of Hadi, married, and a resident of Howar Qol village in Baneh, was killed by direct gunfire from military forces at the Surkio border in Baneh.
According to Hana’s sources, the Kolbar was shot in the chest without prior warning and died instantly.
It is worth noting that Sina Rostampour’s child was born just ten days ago.
