40 days without news about the fate of those arrested in Soma Broadost area

Hana- Four political activists, members of one of the opposition parties of Iranian Kurdistan, named “Pejman Fatehi, Wafa Azarbar, Mohammad Faramarzi and Mohsen Mazloum”, despite the passage of 40 days since their arrest, are still in the custody of the security institutions without any contact with their families or lawyers. . Not knowing about the fate of these people has led to the worry of their families and relatives

According to the colleagues of Hana Human Rights Organization, these four members of one of Kurdistan's opposition parties are still in the custody of security institutions under the pretext of security charges, despite the passage of 40 days since their arrest.
Pejman Fatehi, 27 years old, from Kamiyaran, Wafa Azarbar, 28 years old, from Bukan, Mohammad (Hejir) Faramarzi, 28 years old, from Dehgolan, and Mohsen Mazloum, 27 years old, from Mahabad, were arrested on July 23, 2022, by the Faraja Intelligence Organization (Law Enforcement Command of the Islamic Republic of Iran) in Soma and Bradost region of Urmia city .
According to the reports of Hana's colleagues, the families of these citizens have repeatedly referred to the Etlaat (intelligent services) of the cities of "Bukan, Mahabad, Urmia, Kamiyaran and Sanandaj" for more than a month, but the security agents, while disrespecting their families, did not provide any information. They have not given the fate of these people.
On July 23, 2022, Tasnim news agency affiliated with the IRGC, while announcing the arrest of these people, claimed that a network of agents of the Israeli spy agency was identified and all operational elements were arrested.
Komala Party of Iranian Kurdistan, in which the detainees are members of this organization, in response to media reports close to the security institutions, issued a statement rejecting the accusations against the above-mentioned four detainees and warned against scenario-making of security agencies for detainees.  In this regard, a campaign has begun under the name of "No to Scenario Making against Four Political Prisoners " who suspect that these prisoners are under torture and pressure for forced confessions so that the Iranian government can complete the pre-fabricated scenario with these possible forced confessions.
